I’m new to Texas and found this shop online. My first experience with these ladies was awesome! Everyone was very friendly and they are super talented.

I love my cornrows and I will recommend this place for a great and neat look! Had a pleasure to meet the owner and she is enjoyable and very professional as well as her braiders.

I love this place! Elizabeth did an excellent job on my hair. This was the first time I ever tried micro braids and she and her team nailed it! I was out in 4 hours

I’m actually not from TX. I live in New Jersey and am in town visiting while I’m on leave before deployment. I did some searching and was so excited when I found AHB. I had a such a pleasant & Great experience. They were ALL polite, welcoming, professional, proficient and time efficient! I had three people going at it and have never been more satisfied! My hair (micro braids) is beautiful!

This has been THE BEST experience I’ve had at an African braiding shop. Laura and her team made sure my twist were done the way I wanted them and kept checking with me throughout the entire process. My twist are beautiful, and the customer service is exceptional!!! Not to mention, they have a nice, fun atmosphere. Shes fast and does a fabulous job.i have gotten weaves mainly but over last year i switched to braids and got micros done in 3-4hrs because there are two people doing it..u will love ur experience here.

They did an awesome job on my hair. I have been getting so many compliments. Elizabeth braided my hair. She was very quick and they look great. The owner was very kind and appreciative of her customers. She took the time to stop and speak to each customer when she came in. Great prices. I will be back.

Great shop! They have WiFi and they had 3 people doing my hair. It felt tight when I first got them but my hair came out of them without a problem.

I took my daughter to get her hair braided about two months ago.

The braids were excellent, I do braids as well, so I was thoroughly impressed. 

My daughter is tender to the scalp and she never cried or and any complaints. 

We were in and out in 3 hours! Very nice and professional ladies!  Going back before school starts!
